A lot of research went into creating Oak City Chai. It is our first in-house full leaf chai blend. And there were quite a few styles of chai that we could have gone with. Some have a lot of pepper, others have quite a bit of ginger and cinnamon. We decided to go with a chai that was a little more prevalent in cardamom. We hope you enjoy!

Flavor Profile:Spicy and sweet. Heavier on the cardamom, but rounded off with ginger, cinnamon, and a bit of heat in the finish.

Ingredients:Ceylon black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, pepper, star anise, chili pepper. Shake bag before each use.
