Our Organic China Golden Monkey is one of the finest varieties of Golden Monkey (Jin Hou). The smaller, thin, elegant, golden-brown leaves are classic characteristics of the highest grade, early-pick lots. Golden Monkey is in the Panyang Congou family, a variety of black teas developed during the height of the early tea trading days. These blacks are also described as a “fruity Congous.”
